To stop receiving email updates from us, you can use the unsubscribe link in any Plant Pops newsletter emails we’ve sent to you, or email hello@plantpopssnacks.com giving your name and email address. We will process your request as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 5 working days. There’s a very small chance you may receive emails that were already in process even though we have removed you from our list.
Even if you are removed from our list, if you later place an order on our website we will still send you emails about your order and its delivery.
We will hold your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (for example to provide you with goods you purchased under the Terms & Conditions of Trade), for the settlement of any potential disputes which may be raised, or otherwise in accordance with legal requirements.
SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
PAYMENT
Payments on our site are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Shopify Payments has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECURITY
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

We will only give your data to our employees, agents and sub-contractors to process and fulfil orders placed under our terms and conditions of trade.
